Administrative and Financial Director (m/f)

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Control Administrative and Financial activity of the company;
- Produce information to support the management control process;
- Define the policies and practices of treasury and ensure compliance;
- Search and propose alternative forms of financing;
- Coordinate the preparation, forecasting and budget control;
- Ensure relationship with Banking Institutions, as well as regulators and external auditors;
- Participate in internal projects, according to the guidelines of the Executive Committee.

- Degree / Master in Finance or Management Accounting;
- Minimum 8 years of experience in similar functions;
- High level of IT knowledge (word, excel, access);
- Fluency in English (mandatory);
- Capacity of analysis, a sense of rigor and precision;
- Excellent analytic skills;
- Good capacity to identify and implement key strategic initiatives;
- Excellent management skills and dynamics to lead and manage a team;
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal relationship.
